Teana herself has over 17 years experience in all aspects of estate agency, working in a large corporate agency through to a small independent agency. Hampsons Estate Agents are members of The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards. They are also governed by and members of The National Association for Estate Agents.

Teana Hampson
Director
Teana began her career in estate agency in 2004 straight after she bought her first home at 21 and has had a passion for property ever since.
Initially Teana worked in a small town in Lincolnshire, for a large corporate estate agency and loved every second. Visiting many different properties from Victorian town houses to farms with acres of land, Teana was promoted and relocated to Leicester in 2008 where she worked for an independent agent, basically being given the keys and told to do her best. Well… it wasn’t long before they were market leader and this continued for many years.
After having her daughter, Teana decided that now was the time to spread her wings and Hampsons Estate Agents was launched in 2020, going from strength to strength and in 2023 Teana opened her second office, covering Charnwood and North Leicester.
Matt Lacey
Director
Matt first entered the industry in 2006 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in an affluent part of Cheshire which turned out to be an excellent grounding for what has become a long and varied career taking in many different property markets in different parts of the country. Matt has worked for a number of corporate and independent agents so has been able to build up an unrivalled knowledge base. This, along with his commitment to excellent customer service, approachability and trademark honesty means he will be able to guide you through your move seamlessly.
When he is not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, playing football and cricket for local teams and when possible, watching his beloved Sheffield Wednesday football club.
Kayley Faulkes

Jess Willford

Jess joined us from another local estate agent in Leicester and comes with a wealth of great customer service and local knowledge. Jess will help with all aspects of your buying or selling process and is very approachable. You may also see Jess out and about providing property valuations. Jess is bubbly and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. In Jess’ spare time she has three dogs, two cats and a cockatiel to look after and she loves spending time with her family.

Mark has recently joined the team and works alongside Richard accompanying the viewings and has a friendly and approachable manner. Mark will help as much as he can and takes pride in knowing about the properties to ensure he has the answers.. and if he doesn’t know he finds out. In Mark’s spare time he likes a round of golf or two.

Poppy has been part of the team for 8 whole years and she provides me with endless cuddles in the day when I am in the office. After a long day nothing beats a waggy tail and a 35kg bear hug. She is my Zen
